The owners of the business themselves even answer the phone and willingly spend time discussing your needs, answering questions, and being very helpful in offering useful advice. The conversations were never hurried and never felt rushed.

We just finished purchasing a Electric Stair Chair and having installed by Kirkwood Elevator. The whole process was made so easy by dealing with their pleasent and polite staff. We live in Dawson Creek BC and they were willing to come up here and do the install for us. I did not get the same options from the other companies I was dealing with. They were willing to sell us the product but not do a install in Dawson Creek.
